Easy Breakfast Egg Casserole
Easy breakfast egg casserole using 9×9 dish.
Instructions
- Lay buttered slices in dish.
- Put cheese slices or sprinkle shredded cheese.
- Mix eggs and milk together. Salt, pepper, and cinnamon to taste.
- Whip cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth.
- Pour milk mixture over bread (refrigerate overnight if wanted).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle some cheese over and bake for another 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 3 slices of buttered bread in 9×9 or 4 slices in 9×13
- 3 Slices of Colby cheese or bag of shredded Colby cheese.
- 2 cup milk or 1 cup sour cream
- Cinnamon
- 4 eggs
