Easy Breakfast Egg Casserole

Easy breakfast egg casserole using 9×9 dish.

Instructions

  • Lay buttered slices in dish.
  • Put cheese slices or sprinkle shredded cheese.
  • Mix eggs and milk together. Salt, pepper, and cinnamon to taste.
  • Whip cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth.
  • Pour milk mixture over bread (refrigerate overnight if wanted).
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle some cheese over and bake for another 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of buttered bread in 9×9 or 4 slices in 9×13
  • 3 Slices of Colby cheese or bag of shredded Colby cheese.
  • 2 cup milk or 1 cup sour cream
  • Cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
