Homemade Macaroni and Cheese 9×13 Pan
Easy to make homemade macaroni and cheese 9×13 pan.
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Boil macaroni according to package or box instructions.
- Drain water off macaroni and pour into a 9×13 baking dish or foil dish.
- Use 2 cups of the 4 cups bag cheese and add to the noodles.
- Divide the butter in half. Use one half over the noodles.
- In separate bowl, mix the eggs with the evaporated milk, sugar, and melted remaining butter.
- Take all the mixture and pour on top of the macaroni noodles.
- Sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese on top of the noodles.
- Cover bowl containing the noodles with foil.
- Place in oven and let cook for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and let noodles stay in the oven for another 5-10 minutes to brown the top a bit.
- Remove from oven and let it cool and serve.

- 16 ounce elbow macaroni noodles (any pasta works).
- 4 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 1 stick of butter
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp sugar
