Homemade Macaroni and Cheese 9×13 Pan

Easy to make homemade macaroni and cheese 9×13 pan.

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Boil macaroni according to package or box instructions.
  • Drain water off macaroni and pour into a 9×13 baking dish or foil dish.
  • Use 2 cups of the 4 cups bag cheese and add to the noodles.
  • Divide the butter in half. Use one half over the noodles.
  • In separate bowl, mix the eggs with the evaporated milk, sugar, and melted remaining butter.
  • Take all the mixture and pour on top of the macaroni noodles.
  • Sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese on top of the noodles.
  • Cover bowl containing the noodles with foil.
  • Place in oven and let cook for 20 minutes.
  • Remove foil and let noodles stay in the oven for another 5-10 minutes to brown the top a bit.
  • Remove from oven and let it cool and serve.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce elbow macaroni noodles (any pasta works).
  • 4 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp sugar
