Sweet Potato Souffle
Easy to make potato souffle.
Instructions
- Mash potatoes, melt butter completely, and mix all together.
- Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes until souffle doesn’t move.
- Top with marshmallows and place back in oven on high broil until marshmallows are brown.
Ingredients
- 3 cups sweet potatoes (1 big can of yams)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 stick butter
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 bag of marshmallows
