Sweet Potato Souffle

Easy to make potato souffle.

Instructions

  • Mash potatoes, melt butter completely, and mix all together.
  • Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes until souffle doesn’t move.
  • Top with marshmallows and place back in oven on high broil until marshmallows are brown.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sweet potatoes (1 big can of yams)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 bag of marshmallows
