• Sealed, high pressure for 10 min, wait for 5 min.

• Put all ingredients in, sealed, 20 min, wait for 10 min.

• 15 oz can kidney beans drained
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 15 oz can white corn with juice
• 10 oz can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilis with juice
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp cumin powder
