BBQ Pulled Pork Spaghetti
Easy to make BBQ pulled pork spaghetti recipe.
Ingredients
- 16 oz spaghetti noodles
- 3 cups pulled pork
- 1 cup favorite barbecue sauce
- 1 can of Rotel
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9×13 pan.
- Boil spaghetti noodles.
- In skillet over low heat, stir together pulled pork, BBQ sauce, Rotel, and cream cheese.
- Stir until cream cheese is melted.
- Next, I stir in the cooked spaghetti until everything is combined.
- Spread evenly in pan and then top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Notes
This is one of my favorite recipes for when we have leftover pulled pork. I have tried Sonny’s Authentic Sweet Bar-B-Q Sauce so far. I want to try Williamson Brothers Bar-B-Q Original Sauce next.
